Surely one of Britain's finest hand-cutters of wooden jigsaw puzzles, Sara White supplied puzzles as private commissions as well as providing many of her masterpieces to the British Jigsaw Puzzle Library.
Cutting in either interlocking or push-fit styles, both with equal aplomb, she invariably seemed able to weave magical qualities into each puzzle, whether through the accuracy of her colour line-cutting, or the incorporation of special shapes and irregular edges.
